The Civinity Group has selected Evernord as one of the underwriters for its new bond issue. At this stage, the plan is to issue securities worth up to 15 million, while the group’s total bond issuance program amounts to 50 million euros.

One of the largest providers of building maintenance services and developers of engineering and technological solutions in the Baltic states intends to use the proceeds to finance the group’s further expansion, acquire companies, and strengthen its capital structure. Importantly, retail investors will also be able to purchase securities issued by this rapidly growing company—the bonds will have a face value of 1,000 euros. Additionally, these investments may qualify for the investment account regime, which offers additional benefits to investors.

The bonds will be offered until June 10, 2026. The annual yield will be 9.5% or 10%, depending on the purchase price selected by the investor.

The bonds will be listed on the Nasdaq Baltic regulated market.
